Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver innovative Chemistry lessons across the secondary key stages.
* Assess student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback for growth.
* Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the Science department's curriculum.
* Participate actively in school life, supporting extracurricular science initiatives.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant Chemistry or Science degree.
* Possess a genuine passion for Chemistry and inspiring young people.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and pedagogical skills.
* Be committed to continuous professional development and personal growth.
* Able to differentiate learning to meet the diverse needs of all students.
* Suitable for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking a supportive start, or an experienced teacher looking for the next step (MPS/UPS).
