About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic primary school in the vibrant West Midlands. This rewarding opportunity involves providing essential classroom support across various year groups and contributing to a stimulating learning environment. You will play a crucial role in fostering pupil engagement and assisting with the needs of all children, including those requiring Special Educational Needs support. Flexible contract options are available for this role, ranging from daily supply and short-term placements to long-term and permanent positions, with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide general classroom assistance, working under the direction of the class teacher.
* Support individual pupils or small groups with their learning tasks and activities.
* Help prepare and organise learning resources and maintain an effective classroom environment.
* Contribute to the implementation of support plans for pupils with additional needs.
* Promote positive behaviour and encourage a respectful, inclusive atmosphere.
* Observe and communicate pupil progress and challenges effectively to teaching staff.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting the educational development of primary-aged children.
* You have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a primary school setting.
* You demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection.
* You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with pupils and staff.
* You are adaptable, able to work collaboratively and respond positively to diverse classroom needs.
* You approach your work with patience, nurture, and a resilient commitment to pupil success.
