About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join a highly regarded school in the Shrewsbury area, offering crucial support across various primary provisions. You will be instrumental in delivering engaging and inclusive education on a daily supply and short-term basis, adapting to diverse Special Educational Needs. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored and engaging lessons across the primary curriculum to pupils with diverse SEN.
* Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet individual learning needs effectively.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every pupil feels valued.
* Collaborate positively with support staff and other professionals to ensure holistic pupil development.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and contribute to their ongoing assessment.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare at all times.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a genuine passion for working with pupils with SEN.
* Demonstrate proven experience teaching within a primary SEN setting, understanding diverse needs.
* Possess excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
* Exhibit strong adaptability and resilience, thriving in varied classroom environments.
* Communicate effectively with pupils, colleagues, and parents, fostering strong relationships.
* Be available for daily supply and short-term assignments, ready to embrace new challenges.
