Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils across various Special Educational Needs categories, including learning difficulties and communication challenges.
* Assist with lesson delivery, adapting materials and activities effectively to meet individual requirements.
* Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and other educational professionals to devise effective strategies.
* Monitor individual pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and observations.

About You
* Proven experience supporting primary-aged children with Special Educational Needs is essential.
* A genuine passion for creating inclusive educational experiences for all learners.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering strong relationships with pupils and staff.
* Demonstrable patience, empathy, and resilience in a dynamic school setting.
* The capacity to work autonomously, showing initiative, and as a valued team member.
