Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons to secondary students, ensuring curriculum coverage and student progress.
• Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student understanding and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported to achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to departmental development initiatives.
• Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities or school events.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievement, and behaviour, adhering to school policies.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Demonstrate a passion for teaching mathematics and inspiring young people.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate diverse learners.
• Committed to continuous professional development and eager to embrace new teaching methodologies.
• An effective communicator, capable of building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• NQTs/ECTs, experienced teachers (MPS), and highly experienced educators (UPS) are all encouraged to apply.
