Key Responsibilities
• Supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of the timetabled teacher.
• Delivering pre-set work to students, ensuring all tasks are clearly understood and completed.
• Managing student behaviour effectively to maintain a productive and respectful learning atmosphere.
• Promoting a positive and engaging educational experience for all pupils across various subjects.
• Providing constructive feedback to teaching staff regarding class progress and any observations.
• Adhering strictly to all school policies and safeguarding procedures consistently.
