Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in French and Spanish across the secondary curriculum.
• Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
• Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities or departmental initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil attainment and attendance in line with school policy.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching resources and strategies.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant degree in MFL or a related field.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for French and Spanish languages and cultures.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to pupil well-being.
• Be an enthusiastic practitioner dedicated to continuous professional development.
• Possess the ability to inspire and motivate pupils of all abilities.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a supportive and dynamic team.
