This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage professional to join an exceptional primary school. Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver an inspiring and inclusive EYFS curriculum tailored to the needs of every child.
* Create a vibrant and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration and independent learning.
* Assess pupil progress meticulously, providing constructive feedback to children and parents.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil well-being and achievement.
* Actively participate in school events, contributing positively to the wider school community.
* Maintain accurate records and reports in line with school policies and statutory requirements.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within an EYFS setting.
* You have a genuine passion for early years education and a deep understanding of child development.
* You are an outstanding communicator, capable of building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional growth.
* You hold high expectations for all pupils, fostering a culture of curiosity and resilience.
