Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and inspiring Chemistry lessons across the secondary age range.
* Plan and prepare comprehensive schemes of work aligned with curriculum objectives.
* Assess student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Contribute to the development and enhancement of the wider Science department.
* Participate in extracurricular activities or school events as appropriate.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant Chemistry specialism.
* Demonstrate a strong passion for teaching Science and inspiring young minds.
* Exhibit excellent subject knowledge in Chemistry and broader scientific principles.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and best practice.
* Be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
* We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as experienced educators at MPS and UPS levels.
