About the Role
A well-established primary school in Berkshire is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to enrich our vibrant learning community. This fulfilling role involves providing crucial support to pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans, both individually and within small groups. You will play a vital part in assisting children facing complex learning needs, including those with ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. We offer flexible contract options, including daily supply, short-term, long-term, and permanent positions, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with complex learning needs.
* Assist in the implementation of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
* Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
* Help pupils develop essential social and communication skills.
* Support children with a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Encourage pupil engagement and foster their independence in learning tasks.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
* Experience working with primary-aged pupils with complex learning needs is essential.
* An understanding of conditions such as ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties is highly valued.
* You are patient, empathetic, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated team are key.
* You are committed to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of all children.
