Key Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding and stimulating Physics lessons to a diverse range of students, promoting intellectual curiosity.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver an engaging curriculum that meets the needs of all learners, incorporating practical experiments.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Actively contribute to the development and implementation of the science department's schemes of work and policies.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and challenging learning atmosphere where every student feels valued and encouraged to excel.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall quality of teaching and learning.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant degree in Physics or a closely related scientific discipline.
• Demonstrate profound subject knowledge in Physics, with a strong capability to teach Chemistry effectively.
• Exhibit a genuine passion for inspiring young minds and nurturing a love for scientific inquiry and discovery.
• Committed to fostering a supportive and intellectually stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills and employ dynamic, engaging teaching methodologies.
• Be a collaborative team player, eager to contribute positively to a dedicated and forward-thinking faculty.
