About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic educator for a long-term, permanent position, commencing in September or sooner, to help pupils achieve their full potential in Modern Foreign Languages at the secondary phase.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver dynamic and engaging French and Spanish lessons across the secondary key stages.
• Inspire pupils to develop a deep appreciation for languages and diverse cultures.
• Contribute effectively to the ongoing development of a stimulating MFL curriculum.
• Assess pupil progress accurately, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Collaborate positively with colleagues to foster a cohesive and successful department.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and challenging learning environment for all pupils.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) within the UK.
• Hold a strong academic background in both French and Spanish.
• Demonstrate a genuine commitment to continuous professional growth and learning.
• Exhibit exceptional classroom management and effective communication skills.
• Are passionate about making a tangible difference through language education.
