About the Role:
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate Music Teacher at a welcoming secondary school in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. This permanent role is set to commence in September and offers a competitive salary paid to scale.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspire and engage students in the study of music across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality music lessons that cater to a diverse range of student abilities.
• Foster a stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider music department and school community.
• Organise and participate in extracurricular music activities, such as concerts and school performances.

About You:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Music or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching music within a secondary school setting.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
• A commitment to fostering a passion for music in students of all abilities.
