About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a dynamic and differentiated curriculum tailored to Key Stage 1 learners.
* Plan and execute engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and academic growth.
* Accurately assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual development.
* Cultivate a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure holistic pupil support.
* Actively participate in wider school activities, contributing to the positive ethos of the community.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a genuine passion for primary education.
* You demonstrate recent experience or specialist training in Key Stage 1 pedagogy.
* You are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to embark on a fulfilling professional journey, or an experienced MPS/UPS teacher seeking new challenges.
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with pupils and stakeholders.
* You are committed to upholding the highest standards of safeguarding and child welfare.
* You are an enthusiastic educator with a creative approach to teaching and learning.
