About the Role
A thriving school in Milton Keynes is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant primary team immediately. This essential role involves providing crucial support across various primary year groups, assisting with general classroom duties, and offering tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs. We are open to discussions regarding long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent contracts, offering a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide general classroom assistance to the class teacher, supporting the smooth running of daily activities.
* Work with individual pupils or small groups, guiding them through learning tasks and activities.
* Assist in the preparation and organisation of learning resources and materials.
* Offer targeted support to pupils with Special Educational Needs, adapting approaches as required.
* Support positive behaviour management strategies within the classroom environment.
* Contribute to creating an inclusive and stimulating learning atmosphere for all children.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged children in their educational journey.
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role is highly desirable.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils and staff.
* An understanding of various learning needs and effective strategies for support is essential.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is paramount.
