Key Responsibilities

* Encourage positive behaviour and maintain a safe, supportive classroom atmosphere.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic pupil development.
* Monitor pupil progress, contributing observations and feedback to inform planning and assessment.
About You
* You hold a recognised Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, demonstrating foundational expertise.
