This vital role focuses on building strong rapport, expertly implementing Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets, and effectively liaising with therapists and other external professionals. We offer flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £85 to £110, starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a primary pupil with complex special educational needs.
* Skillfully implement individualised Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets.
* Foster a safe, nurturing, and highly inclusive learning environment.
* Facilitate effective communication and positive social interactions.
* Work closely with therapists and other external professionals to ensure holistic support.
* Systematically monitor, record, and report on pupil progress and engagement.

* Proven experience supporting pupils with complex SEN, including ASD, PMLD, or sensory impairments.
