About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Design and Technology Teacher to join a supportive school in the South East of England. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality Design and Technology lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4.
* Plan, prepare, and assess stimulating schemes of work effectively.
* Foster a safe and dynamic learning environment within workshops and classrooms.
* Monitor pupil progress consistently and provide constructive feedback to aid development.
* Contribute actively to the development of the DT curriculum and departmental initiatives.
* Uphold high standards of behaviour and academic achievement among all pupils.

About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) status.
* Proven ability to teach Design and Technology at secondary level across various specialisms.
* A genuine passion for inspiring young minds in practical and creative subjects.
* Excellent classroom management skills and robust pedagogical knowledge.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and personal growth.
