Key Responsibilities
• Deliver dynamic and engaging Design and Technology lessons across the secondary curriculum.
• Inspire students to explore, design, and create, fostering a passion for the subject.
• Plan and prepare diverse learning resources that challenge and support all abilities.
• Assess student work meticulously, providing constructive feedback to aid progression.
• Actively contribute to a stimulating and organised classroom and workshop environment.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance departmental initiatives and share best practices.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable expertise in Design and Technology.
• Exhibit a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to student achievement.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a positive approach to behaviour.
• Have a proactive attitude towards professional development and a desire to refine your craft.
• Be an excellent communicator, capable of building strong rapport with students, staff, and parents.
• Applications are warmly welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced professionals (MPS/UPS).
