Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to primary pupils with SEMH needs.
* Implement effective de-escalation strategies to manage challenging behaviours calmly and proactively.
* Foster positive relationships with pupils, promoting their self-esteem and social skills.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lesson activities.
* Monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and contributing to individual support plans.
* Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.

* You possess a proven track record of supporting primary-aged pupils with SEMH needs.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective engagement.
* You are resilient, patient, and able to maintain a calm and composed demeanour in all situations.
* You approach challenges with empathy and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
* You are deeply committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* You hold relevant qualifications or substantial experience working within an SEN environment.
