About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to make a significant impact across respected schools in the vibrant East London area. You will be instrumental in delivering an adapted curriculum within specialist secondary settings, providing essential cover and ensuring continuity of learning for students with diverse special educational needs on a daily supply and short-term basis. Your expertise will be valued in various SEN environments, supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across adapted curriculum areas.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, promoting respect and focus.
* Collaborate seamlessly with support staff to maximise pupil progress.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of every student under your care.
* Provide continuity of education during periods of staff absence.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess demonstrable experience teaching pupils with a range of special educational needs at secondary level.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and flexibility, thriving in diverse school settings.
* Command excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies.
* Show a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of young people with additional needs.
* Be available for daily supply and short-term assignments, ready to inspire.
