Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to primary pupils with complex SEN.
* Assist in the implementation of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) for individual learners.
* Support children with specific needs such as ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Collaborate with class teachers and therapists to create an inclusive learning environment.
* Encourage pupils' social, emotional, and academic development throughout the school day.
* Help manage behaviour effectively, promoting a positive and safe atmosphere for all students.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged children with special educational needs.
* Demonstrate previous experience working with pupils who have complex learning difficulties.
* Show an understanding of strategies for supporting children with ASD, ADHD, or speech and language challenges.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Be proactive, patient, resilient, and adaptable to diverse classroom situations.
* Hold relevant qualifications or professional development in special educational needs support.
