Key Responsibilities
* Provide invaluable classroom support to the main teacher across a range of subjects and activities.
* Assist pupils individually or in small groups to reinforce learning and promote independence.
* Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to ensure their full inclusion and progress.
* Contribute to the creation of a stimulating and organised learning environment.
* Help manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a respectful atmosphere.
* Prepare learning materials and resources, ensuring they are accessible and engaging for all students.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting children's development and learning in a primary setting.
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role.
* Show initiative and adaptability, thriving in a dynamic classroom environment.
* Hold relevant qualifications or training in education support (e.g., Level 2/3 TA qualification, childcare qualification).
* Exhibit a patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to daily tasks and challenges.
