Successful candidates can expect a competitive daily rate ranging from £95 to £110, supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one or small group support for pupils with diverse SEN requirements.
* Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other support strategies.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers, parents, and external professionals.
* Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development throughout the school day.
* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress, adapting support as needed.
About You
* You possess previous experience supporting children with special educational needs, ideally within a primary setting.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for making a difference in children's lives.
* You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You are patient, adaptable, and resilient, with a proactive approach to challenges.
* You hold relevant qualifications or training in SEN support, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* You are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
