Key Responsibilities
• Deliver dynamic and stimulating Biology lessons across the secondary curriculum.
• Foster a vibrant learning environment that actively encourages scientific inquiry and critical thinking.
• Accurately assess student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their academic development.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the Science department to enhance curriculum delivery and resource sharing.
• Contribute to the development of engaging departmental resources and enriching extracurricular activities.
• Specialise in delivering captivating Chemistry lessons to a diverse range of secondary year groups.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in education.
• Hold a strong academic background in Biology, complemented by a specialism in Chemistry.
• Demonstrate a genuine commitment to continuous professional development and innovative pedagogical approaches.
• Exhibit a profound passion for inspiring students and nurturing a lasting love for scientific exploration.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills, fostering an inclusive and productive learning environment for all.
• Applications are warmly welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced educators (MPS/UPS).
