Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across various key stages to diverse groups of learners.
* Develop innovative schemes of work that inspire curiosity and deep understanding of mathematical concepts.
* Assess student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback that promotes continuous improvement.
* Contribute proactively to the departmental vision for excellence and continuous pedagogical improvement.
* Participate actively in extra-curricular activities, enriching students' learning experiences beyond the classroom.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued, motivated, and confident to take on new challenges.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and hold a degree in Mathematics or a closely related discipline.
* You demonstrate a profound passion for teaching Maths, inspiring students to achieve their absolute full potential.
* You exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a steadfast commitment to inclusive education practices.
* You are adept at differentiating instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all pupils within your care.
* You show a proactive approach to professional development and embrace collaborative working within a team.
* You are an ECT, MPS, or UPS level teacher eager to make a significant, lasting impact on student outcomes.
