About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a ambitious primary school in the Corby area, where you can make a tangible difference to young learners' educational journeys. We are seeking a dedicated Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant to provide vital support across the primary phase, assisting pupils in their academic and personal development. You will be instrumental in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, including crucial SEN support. This rewarding role offers flexible contract options, from daily supply and short-term placements to long-term and permanent positions, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate engaging learning experiences for pupils across the primary curriculum.
* Implement targeted interventions to support pupils requiring additional academic or social assistance.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers to plan and deliver differentiated activities.
* Provide tailored support to children with Special Educational Needs, fostering their inclusion and progress.
* Manage classroom behaviour positively, promoting a respectful and focused atmosphere.
* Monitor pupil progress diligently, contributing to assessment and reporting processes.

About You
* Possess a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged children's learning and development.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Show a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges within a dynamic school setting.
* Have a proven ability to support children with diverse learning needs, including SEN.
* Maintain a professional demeanour, embodying patience, empathy
