We are seeking a versatile Primary Supply Teacher to join a well-established school in the Thatcham area of Berkshire. This exciting opportunity offers a range of contract options, including daily supply, short-term assignments, long-term cover, and even potential permanent roles, with competitive daily rates between £145 and £160. You will be instrumental in providing essential cover across primary schools, ensuring educational continuity for pupils starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and engaging lessons across various primary age groups.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour to foster a positive learning environment.
* Seamlessly adapt to different school settings and diverse pupil needs.
* Ensure the continuity of learning and progress for all pupils under your care.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff within each school.
* Diligently adhere to all school policies and safeguarding procedures.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to primary education.
* Demonstrate experience teaching across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
* Be highly adaptable, resilient, and quick to build rapport with pupils and staff.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Show a genuine passion for inspiring young learners and making a difference.
* Maintain a proactive approach to managing varied classroom demands.
