Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons across various key stages.

• Contribute to the ongoing refinement of the Maths curriculum and departmental initiatives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching Maths.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for mathematics and its effective communication to young people.
• Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT), experienced Main Pay Scale (MPS) teacher, or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) teacher.
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate learners.
• Hold high expectations for all students, encouraging them to achieve their full potential.
