This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive school as an EYFS Teaching Assistant, playing a vital part in nurturing our youngest learners. You will contribute to a vibrant and inclusive classroom environment, fostering curiosity and supporting foundational development for children aged three to five. Key Responsibilities
* Support children's learning and development within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and maintaining engaging learning resources.
* Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all pupils.
* Provide individual and small group support, including for those with special educational needs.
* Help to promote positive behaviour and social skills among young children.
* Contribute to daily routines and activities, ensuring a smooth and productive day.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
* Previous experience working with young children, ideally within an EYFS setting, is essential.
* You are an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
* A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach is central
