Key Responsibilities

* Facilitate the pupil's access to a broad and balanced curriculum across various subjects.
* Encourage and develop the pupil's independence and crucial life skills.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and other professionals to ensure holistic support.
* Document and report on the pupil's development and achievements regularly.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting young people with special educational needs.
* Have previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils, ideally those with complex needs.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport.
