Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary-aged pupils facing complex learning needs.
* Assist with the delivery of an adapted and accessible curriculum.
* Actively promote independence and life skills development among pupils.
* Contribute to creating a positive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and wider support staff.
* Help manage classroom resources and support pupil engagement in various activities.
