About the Role
A dedicated school is seeking a compassionate and skilled ASD Support Assistant to join their specialist provision, providing essential assistance to primary pupils on the autism spectrum. This vital role involves supporting children's learning and development within a nurturing environment, implementing structured routines, sensory strategies, and communication support. We are offering flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £90 to £115, commencing ASAP.

Key Responsibilities
* Implement structured routines and visual schedules to support pupil predictability and engagement.
* Apply effective sensory strategies to meet individual pupil needs within the specialist provision.
* Provide tailored communication support, utilising a range of appropriate methods for primary pupils.
* Assist primary pupils with their academic and personal development, fostering independence.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and secure.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and wider support staff to achieve pupil goals.
