About the Role
A well-established school is seeking a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their specialist provision. This vital role involves supporting secondary pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, focusing on behaviour support, emotional regulation, and successful reintegration into learning. We are looking for individuals available for a variety of contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent positions, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary pupils experiencing Social, Emotional and Mental Health challenges.
* Implement effective behaviour support strategies, promoting a calm and focused atmosphere.
* Guide pupils in developing their emotional regulation and coping mechanisms.
* Assist with the successful reintegration of pupils into their learning programmes.
* Work collaboratively with teachers to adapt resources and support individual learning plans.
* Contribute to creating a nurturing and inclusive educational environment for all students.

About You
* You possess previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils with SEMH needs, ideally within a specialist setting.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people
