Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to primary pupils with ASD, addressing their unique learning styles.
* Successfully implement structured routines and visual schedules to create a predictable and supportive learning environment.
* Develop and deploy effective sensory strategies to help pupils regulate emotions and engage productively.
* Facilitate and enhance communication, utilising various methods to support pupil expression and understanding.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and SEN
