Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated, individualised 1:1 support to a secondary pupil requiring additional assistance.
* Diligently implement all targets outlined within the pupil's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
* Facilitate the pupil's engagement with and access to the full secondary curriculum.
* Actively promote and foster the development of crucial independence skills.
