About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a well-regarded SEN school in Bridgnorth. This exciting opportunity begins in September and offers a temporary to permanent position. You will support students with special educational needs, contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the educational and social development of students with SEN.
• Implement personalised learning plans in conjunction with the SENCo.
• Encourage a positive, supportive classroom environment.
• Assist in the organisation of class activities, outings, and events.
• Provide one-to-one support and attention as necessary.

About You:
• Experience in working with SEN students is essential.
• A qualification in SEN is preferred but not necessary.
• Backgrounds in care or similar fields are welcomed.
• Strong communication skills and a nurturing disposition.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
