Key Responsibilities
* Supervise pupils while they undertake pre-prepared work, ensuring they remain on task and engaged.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, upholding the school's positive behaviour policy.
* Provide clear instructions and guidance to students, answering questions to the best of your ability.
* Distribute and collect any necessary learning materials or completed work.
* Report any issues or incidents that arise during your supervision period to the relevant staff member.
* Foster a positive and respectful learning environment for all pupils.
About You
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with young people.
* You have a proactive approach and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
* You are reliable, punctual, and committed to ensuring the smooth running of lessons.
* You have a genuine desire to support student education and well-being.
* You can manage a classroom of students with confidence and maturity.
* Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils would be advantageous.
