* Possess a secure understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and pedagogical approaches.

* Be adept at creating engaging and stimulating learning environments.
* Exhibit strong classroom management skills, promoting positive behaviour.
* Hold QTS or equivalent, and have a commitment to ongoing professional development.
