About the Role
A thriving primary school in Daventry, Northamptonshire, is actively seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their specialist provision immediately. This crucial role involves providing comprehensive support to primary-aged pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), addressing a range of complex learning needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and speech and language difficulties. You will be instrumental in fostering an inclusive learning environment, working both 1:1 and with small groups to facilitate academic and personal development. We are offering competitive daily rates between £90 and £115, with opportunities for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent contracts available.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored 1:1 support to primary pupils with complex special educational needs.
* Assist in the implementation of EHCPs, ensuring individualised learning objectives are met.
* Facilitate small group interventions focusing on academic and social skills development.
* Support children presenting with ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and external professionals to enhance pupil progress.
* Contribute to creating a positive, safe, and stimulating learning atmosphere for all children.

About You
* You possess previous experience supporting primary-aged children with complex learning needs.
* A strong understanding of specific conditions such as ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties is essential.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting the holistic development of every child.
* Excellent communication skills allow you to build effective relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are adaptable, patient, and resilient in a dynamic educational setting.
