We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Primary Supply Teacher to support a network of inclusive schools across the Luton area. This exciting opportunity offers a variety of contracts, from daily cover and short-term assignments to long-term placements and even permanent roles, commencing as soon as possible. You will be instrumental in ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a stimulating environment for primary-aged children, earning a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and well-prepared lessons across various primary year groups.
* Seamlessly integrate into different school settings and routines.
* Implement effective classroom management strategies to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
* Collaborate professionally with teaching assistants and wider school staff.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for primary education.
* Demonstrable experience teaching within primary school environments is crucial.
* Possessing excellent adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing needs is key.
* You are an outstanding communicator, capable of engaging with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* A genuine passion for fostering learning and development in young children drives your practice.
