We are seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to support a network of forward-thinking schools in the Chalfont St Peter area, within the beautiful South East region of Buckinghamshire. This dynamic role offers incredible flexibility, with opportunities for daily supply, short-term assignments, long-term placements, and even permanent positions available, all commencing as soon as possible. You will play a crucial part in maintaining educational continuity and fostering positive learning experiences across diverse primary settings, earning a competitive daily rate ranging from £145 to £160.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and stimulating lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment for all pupils.
* Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom dynamics.
* Uphold the safeguarding and behavioural policies of each school.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and school staff.
* Provide comprehensive cover, ensuring continuity of learning.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Demonstrate proven experience teaching within the primary phase.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and organisational skills.
* Maintain strong classroom management techniques.
* Show a genuine passion for inspiring young minds.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
