Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver engaging Physics lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
* Assess pupil progress effectively, providing insightful feedback to foster academic growth.
* Maintain a positive and secure learning environment conducive to scientific exploration.
* Actively contribute to the ongoing development of the Science curriculum.
* Engage fully in a range of continuous professional development opportunities.
* Instil a profound appreciation for Physics and scientific inquiry in all pupils.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong Physics specialism.
* Demonstrate an exceptional ability to inspire and challenge secondary pupils.
* Exhibit outstanding classroom management and effective communication skills.
* Be dedicated to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
* Possess a collaborative approach and contribute positively to a team environment.
