This opportunity offers flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate of £90 - £115, commencing as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement individualised learning plans and structured routines effectively for pupils.
* Provide tailored sensory strategies to support pupils' regulation and engagement within the classroom.
* Facilitate and enhance communication using various supportive approaches appropriate for primary children.
* Assist primary pupils with their academic and social development throughout the school day.
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure holistic pupil progress and well-being.
About You
* You possess demonstrable experience supporting primary-aged children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
* You are passionate about making a tangible difference to pupils' learning journeys and personal growth.
* You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with children and colleagues.
* You are patient, resilient, and adaptable to various classroom situations and individual pupil needs.
* You hold a genuine commitment to professional development within the field of SEN support.
* You can work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
