About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable SEN Supply Teacher to join a ambitious school located in Walsall. This role involves providing daily and short-term cover for secondary classes within a specialist SEN environment. You will be instrumental in maintaining continuity of learning across adapted curriculum areas and various SEN settings. The position offers an immediate start, with remuneration paid to scale, suitable for those at MPS or UPS levels.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and inclusive lessons across a range of adapted secondary subjects.
* Skillfully differentiate curriculum content to meet the diverse needs of pupils with SEND.
* Foster a positive and supportive learning atmosphere, managing behaviour effectively.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other school professionals.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and welfare policies at all times.
* Provide consistent cover, ensuring educational momentum is maintained during staff absences.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
* Demonstrate a proven track record of working effectively with secondary-aged pupils with special educational needs.
* Exhibit strong classroom management skills, promoting a structured yet nurturing environment.
* Be highly adaptable and resilient, comfortable working in various SEN settings.
* Hold a genuine passion for making a significant difference to the lives of young people with complex needs.
* Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport quickly.
