Key Responsibilities

* Assist the class teacher in preparing engaging classroom materials and maintaining an organised learning environment.
* Implement tailored support strategies for pupils with Special Educational Needs, fostering their inclusion and progress.
* Actively contribute to a positive, safe, and stimulating atmosphere within the classroom and playground.
* Observe and report on pupil progress, behaviour, and challenges to the class teacher, ensuring effective communication.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children at all times.
About You
* You possess previous experience working with primary school-aged children, ideally in a support capacity.
* A genuine passion for education and a strong desire to support children's development is essential.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are a proactive and adaptable individual, comfortable working across different year groups and with varied needs.
