About the Role
A supportive school in Buckinghamshire is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant primary team immediately. This vital role involves providing invaluable support across various year groups, assisting pupils with their learning and development in a mainstream setting. You will also have the opportunity to offer targeted SEN support, making a tangible difference to individual student progress and well-being. This immediate start opportunity offers a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110 for a dedicated individual seeking a rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.
* Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils requiring additional help.
* Help to prepare and organise learning resources and maintain an effective learning environment.
* Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging pupil participation and growth.
* Support pupils with diverse special educational needs, adapting approaches as required.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, reporting observations and achievements to the class teacher.

About You
* Possess previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a primary setting.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and overall development.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with pupils and staff.
* Hold a good understanding of safeguarding practices and procedures within a school.
* Be proactive, adaptable, and capable of working effectively as part of a collaborative team.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and personal growth in education.
