Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a broad and balanced primary curriculum, thoughtfully tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Implement effective and constructive strategies for managing challenging behaviour within the classroom.
* Cultivate strong, therapeutic relationships with pupils, promoting their social and emotional development.
* Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment conducive to optimal learning and personal growth.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff and external agencies to ensure comprehensive pupil progress.
* Regularly assess pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and requirements.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a genuine passion for working with primary-aged pupils.
* Show proven experience in supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* Bring a resilient and empathetic approach, committed to making a significant difference in children's lives.
* Demonstrate a proactive commitment to continuous professional development and personal growth.
* Be adaptable and innovative, capable of creating bespoke learning experiences; suitable for ECTs, MPS, and UPS teachers.
