We are looking for a passionate educator, whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT), at Main Pay Scale (MPS), or Upper Pay Scale (UPS), ready to inspire students with a love for the subject and contribute positively to our supportive learning community.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic and challenging Biology lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
* Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.
* Assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback on student progress to foster academic growth.
* Actively collaborate with colleagues within the Science department to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices.
* Participate in and contribute to the wider school life, including extracurricular activities and school events.
* Uphold the school's ethos and values, promoting a positive and respectful culture among all members of the community.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and hold a relevant degree in Biology or a related scientific discipline.
