About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Reception Class Teacher to inspire and guide children through their crucial early years education, with an immediate start available for the right candidate. This pivotal role involves shaping foundational learning experiences and contributing to a vibrant, child-centred community.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an engaging and age-appropriate Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere for all children.
* Accurately assess and record pupil progress, identifying next steps for development.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support pupil well-being and learning.
* Design and implement creative learning activities that encourage curiosity and exploration.
* Ensure the safety, welfare, and safeguarding of all children within your care.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a genuine passion for early years education.
* Experience working with Reception-aged children is essential, demonstrating an understanding of their unique developmental needs.
* You exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice defines your approach.
* You are adaptable, resourceful, and bring a vibrant energy to the classroom.
* Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as experienced professionals at Main Pay Scale (MPS) and Upper Pay Scale (UPS) levels.
